Terms of use

These terms govern use of Savion at law.savion.app and the related mobile app. By creating an account you agree to them. This is not legal advice and it does not create a lawyer–client relationship.
The service
Savion provides AI-generated general legal information. Agents read legislation and other sources and return cited answers. Output can be incomplete, outdated or wrong. You must not rely on it as a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer about your situation. Always check official sources before you act.
Who may use it
You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for the account, for keeping the password to yourself, and for what is asked from that account.
Acceptable use
Do not use Savion to break the law, to probe other people's systems, to upload malware, or to try to bypass plan limits, rate limits or security. We may suspend an account that abuses the service or that we are required to suspend.
Plans, credits and billing
Paid features follow the plan, pack or in-app purchase you buy. Prices are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew until you cancel. Credits and fair-use limits are described on the pricing page and in the product. We do not promise a particular model, latency or legal outcome.
Your content
You keep whatever rights you have in the questions and documents you submit. You grant us a licence to process them in order to provide the service, including sending them to the subprocessors named in the privacy notice. Do not submit material you are not allowed to share.
Availability and changes
The service may change, break or stop. We may update these terms; the version you accepted is stored on your profile (currently 2026-08-26). Material changes will be reflected here and in a new version identifier.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Savion is provided as-is. We are not liable for decisions you take on the basis of an AI answer, for third-party outages, or for indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for intent or gross negligence where that is mandatory.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the courts of the Netherlands have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer venue that applies to you.
